The wedding is happening on Friday, 20th February 2026. Festivities will kick off in the afternoon, with the ceremony beginning at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to find your spot

Our wedding will take place at the Bohemian Cider just outside of Matakana, New Zealand. The venue is beautiful and rural — perfect for our garden party vibe — but can be a little tricky to find, so we've included a google map link on the 'Location' page, just click on the 'Website' Button

Parking is very limited, so we’re encouraging carpooling where possible. If you’re staying locally, we’ll be coordinating some shuttle options from key accommodation points (watch this space!). If you have to drive, please let us know early so we can reserve you a spot.

To put it bluntly: patchy at best. You may not get full signal until you’re back in civilisation, so save directions offline, download anything you need in advance.

We’re going for a "Summer Garden Party" dress code — think relaxed, summery, and stylish. You’ll be outdoors on grass, so wedges, flats, or block heels are smart choices. For the gents, linen shirts, chinos, and a touch of flair wouldn’t go amiss. Leave the ball gowns and business suits at home.

Yes — the whole thing is planned for the great outdoors, with a stretch tent for shade and shelter. Fingers crossed for classic Kiwi summer weather! But do bring a light layer for later in the evening when the sun dips.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the forecast and will have a wet-weather plan ready to go if the skies don’t cooperate. The tent will provide some cover, and there'll be umbrellas on hand — but pack a jacket just in case.

We’re keeping the menu under wraps for now — but trust us, you won’t go hungry. Think relaxed, seasonal, and made for mingling. There’ll be plenty of delicious bites coming out throughout the afternoon and evening, with something for everyone. If you’ve let us know about any dietary needs on your RSVP, we’ve got you covered!

Absolutely. We’re celebrating at a cidery, after all. You’ll be treated to a selection of their small-batch ciders (all dangerously drinkable), as well as a curated bar with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options.
